45 poppies have been placed on lampposts all along Ty Canol Way, from Cwmbran High around to Henllys Church in Wales School.
The red poppy is a symbol of both Remembrance and hope for a peaceful future.
Remembrance honours those who serve to defend our democratic freedoms and way of life.
